How to Quickly Find Any Blogger’s Contact Information

There may be more books delivered to my house by Amazon, than my block combined. As you might have guessed, I love exploring online and offline, and learning as much as I can about marketing and PR.

Recently, I came across a guide by Jason McDonald; Marketing: Ultimate Almanac of Free Marketing Tools 2019. Naturally, it had two keywords which piqued my interest.  Marketing and free. So I bought it.

In the content marketing section, there were three tools that caught my eye:

IGHOME

On IGHOME you can set up a customized web page and pull content from news sources, industry publications, blogs, and more. It could also work to pre-curate content – the first step in creating your editorial calendar. When you get to the home page, enter your keywords; ie, “What are common marketing questions”? This was a great experiment because it provided marketing questions people want answers to, and can serve as an idea generator for content creation, like articles, webinars, posts, freebies, and titles.

Here’s what it looks like.

GROUP HIGH

This site is an amazing content marketing tool if you’re looking to find blogger’s contact information, emails, research blog posts, identify influencers, build outreach, etc. There’s a 7-day free trial then it goes up to $179 a month or $499 a year. I haven’t signed up for the trial, but from a quick look at the video and dashboard, it seems like you can save a ton of time, money and resources. Researching this hard to find data takes hours on end. I’d say take a test-drive, especially if you need to compile information for an upcoming campaign.

MAKE MY BUYER PERSONA GENERATOR

You’ve heard of HubSpot. If not, get on their mailing list. Their articles on marketing and social media are spot on. One tool that I wasn’t familiar with was the Make My Buyer Personal Generator. You pick an avatar, enter pertinent information about your target audience, including age, industry, education — and with the touch of a button, HubSpot will build a Buyer Persona that you can download and export. On my list to check out, for sure.

SEOBILITY’s TF* IDF TOOL

This tool was crazy! I added my URL and key words to the search bar, and within seconds the SEO Wiz came up with similar and relevant content using my keywords and topic. If you look carefully, you can see how many words are in the articles, how many backlinks, and can compare your tracking to theirs. On 101 Small Business Marketing Ideas, it shows the article having 1,278 words, 45k backlinks, and 218 referring domains, which is a domain that backlinks are coming from.

Most of these titles had 1,250 + words, with the top coming in at 4,880 words. Longer copy does have a purpose. Check out the stats on 16 Awesome Marketing Strategies for Small Businesses.

There you have it. Three marketing tools that might have escaped your radar too. I’ll give them more time in between work, play, and my new priority calendar. That’s another story for another day.
