If you’re not capturing emails, chances are you’re losing customers. Put a pop-up on your home page that offers a discount in exchange for someone’s email address. That helps you build an organic list of people who are already engaged and interested in what you have to offer.

3. Build Buyer Personas

To solve your target market’s challenges, know who they are and what they want. When you build a buyer persona, you’ll identify your ideal customers and their pain points quicker than just guessing,

4. Increase Your Email Deliverability Rate

To prevent spam, email service providers use PHP or SMTP protocols to send messages safely to servers. If you’re using the default PHP and see a high bounce rate or customers aren’t receiving messages, consider switching to a provider that uses SMTP which means Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.
