Writing & Content Creation
1. Draft Blog Posts
Use ChatGPT to outline, draft, and structure blog posts around specific keywords, audiences, or content goals. Include a topic, tone, ideal length, and any resources you’d like it to reference. It’s a great tool to get your first draft done in less than 10 minutes. Want to include statistics or quotes? Ask ChatGPT to source those too, and then cross-check the info before you publish.
2. Rewrite Blogs in Your Voice
If you already have a blog that needs a refresh, ChatGPT can help you rewrite it in a different tone—whether it’s more conversational, professional, or tailored for a specific industry. Always refine it (as a human) with your brand voice. It’s a great way to modernize old posts and breathe new life into content that still has value.
3. Generate Meta Descriptions
ChatGPT can generate multiple variations of SEO-friendly meta descriptions that are compelling and keyword-rich. This helps improve your click-through rates from search engines. You can also specify if you want something short and punchy, or more descriptive depending on the platform. Every platform is a bit different!
4. Summarize Long Content
Have a long-form article or transcript? Ask ChatGPT to summarize it into key points, short blog posts, or email blurbs. It’s especially useful for repurposing webinars, reports, and eBooks. You can even ask it to summarize content from different angles for different audiences. Summaries save time and help you communicate clearly across platforms.
5. Create Product Descriptions
Feed it features, benefits, and audience pain points, and ChatGPT can help craft compelling product and service descriptions that speak to your customer’s needs. This is perfect for ecommerce, service menus, or even packaging copy. You can request multiple tone options to match different platforms.
6. Build Out FAQ Pages
Compile your customer questions and let AI help you write clear, helpful answers. You can also ask it to generate likely FAQs for a new service or product. This helps improve user experience and gives your site a little SEO boost too. And who doesn’t love that? FAQ content can double as scripts for help videos or blogs.
7. Write Video Scripts
Use ChatGPT to structure educational, promotional, or testimonial scripts. Include your main message, tone, and call to action. You can also ask it to break the script into scenes. Whether it’s for YouTube, a webinar, or Instagram Reels, you’ll save hours. Hint: Ask for visual cues or hooks to keep viewers engaged from the start.
8. Draft Case Studies
Input the who-what-when-why-how of a client success story. ChatGPT will organize it into a compelling narrative that demonstrates your value. Add in data or quotes to personalize the story and help build trust with future clients. You can also request short or long versions for websites, proposals, or emails.
9. Create Lead Magnets
Are you looking to create a guide or checklist as part of your marketing plan? ChatGPT can draft one fast. Add branding and a CTA. Perfect for email signups. Another idea is to ask for topic ideas based on customer pain points or trends. Experiment like crazy with different formats like quizzes, templates, or mini eBooks. See where it leads you 🙂
10. Turn Audio into Text
Turn podcasts or interviews into blog posts. Ask for highlights or social clips. It makes repurposing easy, so there’s no excuse for not doing the work! With ChatGPT, you can also take transcripts and create quote graphics, teaser clips, or even new content ideas. Turn them into training material or internal communication with ease. Just be sure it’s in your brand voice.
Social Media Marketing
11. Write Captions
Give it a topic, platform, and tone, and it will generate short, engaging captions that align with your brand. Want a few options to choose from? Ask for three styles and test them with your audience. See what fits your brand. Another bonus? CHatGPT can also write captions for different platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
12. Generate Hashtags
Tell ChatGPT your post topic and target audience, and it can suggest a mix of broad and niche hashtags to increase visibility. A great way to grow your audience!
13. Repurpose Blogs into Social Posts
Break down blog content into LinkedIn posts, Facebook updates, or tweet threads. It’s an efficient way to extend the life of your content. You can ask for help with highlighting key takeaways and writing a call to action for each post. In fact, test drive a few options. Plus,

Why not build a full marketing and PR calendar with content prompts, captions, and post times. Work in sync with your current and future social media campaigns.
15. Create Carousel Content
Use it to generate 5 to 10-slide carousel outlines that educate or entertain your audience while subtly promoting your services. Thank you, ChatGPT. You’re hired!

Email & Messaging

Provide your offer, audience, and goal, and let AI help write multi-email sequences with different angles to boost open and click rates. Since you’re already in test-drive mode, experiment with variations for different buyer personas or customer stages.
19. Write Follow-Up Emails
Missed connections after a networking event? AI can draft follow-up messages that are warm, personal, and clear. Add a little context and a next step for best results. You can also request different versions for prospects, collaborators, or media contacts. Unsure about what to write in your subject line? Let ChatGPT generate short subject lines and preheaders that get clicks.
20. Craft Cold Outreach Emails
Don’t be shy. Explain your offer, audience, and desired outcome. ChatGPT will generate polite, persuasive cold emails that are more likely to get a response. 21. Create Subject Lines
Ask for subject line variations with different tones—curious, urgent, funny, or direct—and run A/B tests to see what works best. You can even include word count limits or character counts for mobile devices. Another marketing secret (shhhh) is to request subject lines tailored to different customer personas or campaign goals.
22. Build SMS or Chatbot Scripts
For quick text-based communications, ChatGPT can help script responses that feel natural and on-brand. It’s a great way to standardize your messaging without sounding robotic. 25. Map a Site Structure
Planning a new website? ChatGPT can help brainstorm a sitemap based on your services, audience needs, and content plan. You’ll save time and make sure nothing gets left out.

Branding & Positioning
33. Write a Tagline
Describe your business and values, and ask for catchy, compelling tagline ideas. Want something clever, emotional, or action-oriented? Just say so. I often ask for help with creating tagline options. 34. Clarify Your UVP
Work with ChatGPT to refine your Unique Value Proposition into something clear, concise, and audience-focused. You’ll be amazed how helpful it is to see five or six versions back-to-back.

35. Create a Brand Style Guide
Outline your voice, tone, brand story, and values. Ask ChatGPT to help you organize it into a useful internal document. Use this for training or onboarding new team members. You can also use it to ensure consistency across emails, social posts, and presentations. Your brand is what people feel about you – it’s what they see, feel and hear.
36. Update Your LinkedIn Profile
Feed it your experience and goals. ChatGPT can craft a new summary section that speaks to your expertise. Be sure to personalize the opening line to make it stand out. You can also ask for variations that highlight different industries, accomplishments, or networking goals. Don’t forget about updating your header, and using relevant keywords at the end of your About section. That helps with search.
Personalization & Reputation
37. Write Testimonials or Recommendations
Give ChatGPT the key facts and emotional tone. It can help you write recommendations that sound genuine. Perfect for LinkedIn, your website, or client proposals. You can also ask it to match the tone of your brand or make it more personal for longtime clients. One suggestion is to limit the number of words. We’re not writing (or reading) War and Peace.
38. Respond to Reviews
Positive or negative, ask ChatGPT for professional responses that reflect empathy and brand values. Tailor responses to show you’re listening and care about customer feedback. You can even build a response library for your team to use across platforms. The most important thing is to respond to each and every review. Any negative reviews? Turn them around with some love.
39. Create Speaking Bios
Whether for a podcast or panel, ChatGPT can write different-length bios with polish and presence. You can also ask for bios tailored for different audiences or industries. Request casual or formal versions depending on the setting. It’s also a good idea to research others in your industry. What do you like (or hate) about their bios? Check out the competition for sure!
40. Prep for Media Interviews
Anticipate likely questions and have ChatGPT help you craft clear, memorable talking points. Use it to practice your elevator pitch or create concise answers for tricky questions. You can even simulate a mock interview to get more comfortable with your responses. You know you can talk to ChatGPT right? Try creating a mock Q&A or full interview script for practice runs.
